They are looking to hire a Finance Manager for their Head Offices in Dubai. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring fiscal responsibility, driving financial growth, and supporting the company\'s overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Implement and manage cost accounting systems to track and analyze costs associated with construction and manufacturing processes.
• Provide insights into cost trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Conduct regular cash flow analyses to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Contribute to strategic discussions by offering financial perspectives and recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.
• Conduct investment analyses for potential projects and acquisitions.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the construction, manufacturing or F&B industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and cost management.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
