They are looking to hire a Finance Manager for their Head Offices in Dubai. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring fiscal responsibility, driving financial growth, and supporting the company\'s overall success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial plans.
Monitor budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Implement and manage cost accounting systems to track and analyze costs associated with construction and manufacturing processes.
Provide insights into cost trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
Conduct regular cash flow analyses to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
Contribute to strategic discussions by offering financial perspectives and recommendations.
Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.
Conduct investment analyses for potential projects and acquisitions.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial strategies.

Monitor key financial metrics, including profit margins, liquidity ratios, and return on investment.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the construction, manufacturing or F&B industry.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and cost management.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
