To establish and maintain financial and management accounting procedures.
ERP System operations and implementation across the company.
Maintain day-to-day financial control of the expansion project within budget heads as agreed by the Management.
Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast by division (vs. budget).
Complete analysis of financial results; Develop recommendations (strategic and tactical).
Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times
Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control
Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the GM in conjunction with the HOD\xe2\x80\x99s and/or appropriate approving authority.
Ability to handle and maintain any new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, or related procedures, systems and controls.
Ability to handle internal audits and also coordinates external audit materials for external financial reports.
Make regular reports for the Management on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
Responsible for the all financial management functions

Qualifications

Must be an Arabic National
Gender: Male candidates only
Work Location: Dubai
Must have min 10-15 years of UAE Experience in civil / construction companies / preferably large scale
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
