Finance Manager We are a furniture manufacturing company based in Dubai looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyse everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on cost management and future financial plans. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial plans that support the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and profitability. Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports on monthly basis.
• Advise on manufacturing activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Manage Furniture Factory cost efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company\xe2\x80\x99s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
• To ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Job Skills \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Financial Manager. \xc2\xb7 Experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing sector. \xc2\xb7 Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns. \xc2\xb7 Proficient user of finance software. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Experience in implementing ERP financial solutions and internal control procedures. \xc2\xb7 MS Office, any ERP. \xc2\xb7 Innovation, Communication, Growth Mindset, Leadership. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Professional qualification such as CMA, ICMA, ACCA, CA, CFA. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics \xc2\xb7 Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting/finance field preferably in manufacturing, furniture or fit-out environment. \xc2\xb7 Worked as a cost accountant for 2 to 4 years in a manufacturing sector. \xc2\xb7 UAE Driving License.
