Place of Work: Juba - South Sudan 2. : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the Higher Management and CEO of the company. 3. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, trial balance, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Taxation: Manage all aspects of taxation, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes. Ensure timely and accurate filing and compliance with tax laws and regulations. Accounts Receivable and Payable: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Month-end and Year-end Close: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operation, and procurement, to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy with CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in taxation.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, with a proven track record of ensuring tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the hotel industry or relevant property management business is a strong plus.
