Job Summary: Looking for a Finance Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Coordinate and manage all the activities of the finance department
Create and review financial policies as well as standard operating processes
Generate timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments as well as cash-flow management
Come up with and monitor the annual company\'s budget
Required to manage all cost-saving initiatives
Assess financial data and generate monthly as well as annual reports
Handle and implement internal audit findings
Coordinate with external auditors, regulators as well as other third parties on financial issues
Review investment opportunities as well as projects
Set up and maintain financial policies as well as procedures for the company
Supervise monthly VAT or withholding tax returns as well as reconciliations
Improve internal control systems within the company as required
Create and maintain strong relationships with the banks
Coordinate and manage the performance of the finance team in the company

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related with CFA/CPA qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in the same field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial planning and reporting skills
Should have experience working with accounting systems
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis as well as forecasting
