Education: Post graduate degree in Finance, Master or MBA is required.
Experience: Over 10 years\' experience in finance in an industrial and commercial environment and at least 5 years in management level
Skills:
Strong analysis skill with good usage with SAP, good business awareness
Inter-personal and communication skills, team player, dedicated, flexible and self-motivated.
Finance business partnering mind set with an excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving.

The Finance Manager carry out the following activities:
Management and communications
Supervise Finance to ensure them perform job effectively and efficiently
Ensure on financial and tax matters an efficient external communication with local governments, e.g. tax authorities, external auditors, banks and other third parties.
Ensure efficient internal communication and interaction with other management team, and as well with regional counterparties
Finance Business Partnering
Leverage business analysis expertise to provide advice to business activities
Pricing analysis to provide better product value proposition
Reporting, budget control
Ensure accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data on monthly and yearly basis as per Company standard and Local regulation.
Ensure the preparation of REN MEA annual budget and submit in line with schedule and Company standards. Follow up budget vs. actual performance.
assist the Economics& Investment Department for the Long-Term Plan (LTP) exercice on annual basis.
Provide business reports, financial KPIs and analysis to improve the monitoring of the activities
Cash management and financing
Monitor the implementation of financing schemes in line with REN-MEA Financing Plan approved by the Company and in compliance with Company Treasury rules.
Oversee the preparation of the cash forecast of REN-MEA to ensure the efficient use of funds to anticipate cash shortage and work with management team to identify financing solution.
To liaise with banks at local level in order to ensure smooth daily operations.
FX transaction hedging.
Tax / Insurance
Ensure all taxes related to REN-MEA operations are correctly calculated and paid.
Implement and fine-tune adequate insurance policies for the REN-MEA activities and in compliance with Company Insurance directives.
Liaise with Company Insurance department for the review and assessment of insurance coverage
Projects and others
Participate and assist Economics & Investments Department in business development projects, to assist in the analysis and preparation of data related to Finance, Tax and Compliance.
Be involved in other operational projects as per management or Company requirement.
Coach and manage team members to deliver effective and efficient work
Lead and foster good cross-functionality with other departments.
