Intelligent Care is actively recruiting for the role of Finance Manager for its Dubai Headquarters. Who is our ideal candidate for the role? Our company grows on a rapid pace and its growth is heavily based on the performance of its core functions and Finance. The ideal candidate is an energetic and modern leader that will reflect our corporate vision and values in our healthcare operations while has the passion to grow within the role and within our organization. The role reports directly into the Managing Director of the Group. The ideal candidate is expected to hold holistic ownership of our Finance Function and lead both reporting, compliance and strategic finance change, working hand-in-hand with our operations team. We are considering profiles with the following qualifications: - Proven 6-8 years? experience in similar role for a services company in UAE, - Candidates with experience in Healthcare Services have an advantage, - Tangible experience in ERP systems, FTA, Labor and banking regulations and formalities is a must, - Robust experience in Financial Accounting, Reporting, Cashflow Planning, overseeing procurement, Financial Audit is a must, - Ability to engage with all functions within an organization and provide accurate and timely deliverables, - The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate experience in both large corporate setups as well as startups within an international framework as well as hire, onboard, train and manage a team of accounts specialists. What are the topics that the candidate will address along with the HR and Recruitment team? 1. Book-keeping ? ensure all transactions for our company are reflected in our ERP within the deadlines, 2. Management reports ? provide monthly and adhoc reports within deadlines, 3. ERP and processes improvement ? design and implement robust workflows on Finance Function all tied to our ERP, 4. Financial Compliance ? ensure that all the documentation and administration of supporting documentation (contracts, invoices, bills, vouchers) are administered in full compliance to our internal process and regulations, 5. Payroll administration and Execution ? compose and execute the monthly payroll function in conjunction with Operations and Time-tracking systems, 6. Cashflow planning ? have an active outlook of all incoming / outgoing cash flows and act accordingly to the financing of the company?s needs, 7. AR / AP management ? ensure the timely issuance and accuracy of client invoices, registration and management of supplier invoices and management of working capital needs, 8. Coordination between stakeholders ? Liaise with external and internal stakeholders for the achievement of the role?s objectives, 9. Management of Finance counterparties ? including of management of all communication and relationships with banks and authorities. What do we offer?
