Manage the whole processes and staff of Finance department.
Prepare Management Presentations as required.
Financially assess any potential investment opportunity or property acquisition.
Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements.
Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
Producing long-term business plans
Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
Managing budgets.
Developing and managing financial systems/models.
Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments.
Supervising and training staff.
Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
Present recommendation to GM to improve business processes.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
A Professional designation such as CA, CPA, CIMA, CMA or ACCA would be
an asset. Additional Information Experience & Skills:
Minimum 15 years of working experience in related field (Real Estate Development)
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Applications specifically MS Word, & MS Excel.
Proven ability with complex spreadsheet design and formatting.
Knowledge of using Oracle Software.
Prior experience with real estate developer
Solid communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
Real Estate Development BAckground is Mandatory.
Language Proficiency:
Good communication skills in English. Arabic would be an advantage.
