The Role
Position Title: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A group of companies involved in various growing industries such as equity investment, automotive, real estate, trading and immigration services : \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct cash flow forecast for real estate development project and maintain the financial health of the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and deal with escrow account with related authorities in the course of project development \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company\xe2\x80\x99s actual performance compared to the business plans

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Real Estate Industry and familiar with common practice of Real Estate project development is a must \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting \xe2\x80\xa2 CA/ACCA/ CPA from a recognized professional institution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Arabic speakers will be preferred
