Job Description
BG Group UAE is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join its team and the details are as the following: Roles & Responsibilities: Roles: Advise and work with company management to meet financial goals. Oversee accounting personnel and departments. Work with banks and sureties\xe2\x80\xa6 as the company representative. Advise and work with management regarding legal and regulatory issues, and reporting requirements. Report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities: Managing accounts receivables and accounts payables and maintaining records of vendor relations and statuses. Building budget as well as performing monthly variance analysis and reviewing with P&L owners. Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and the annual financial reports. Accurately track income and expenses. Prepare and review financial statements. Monitor key performance indicators and financial trends. Develop company budget. Account and cost reconciliation. Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance. Manage liquidity and cash flow. Qualifications and Skills: Degree or certificate in accounting, finance, business administration, or related experience. Accounting software-specific experience. Must speak fluently both Arabic & English. Construction industry experience from two to four years as a Finance Manager in UAE is a must. Communication. Negotiation. Leadership. Attention to details.
