We are looking for a Finance Manager to analyze market trends and various business opportunities from a financial perspective . The Finance Manager will use their financial expertise and knowledge to perform c ost analyses, prepare budget reports, and evaluate current financial trends, advise our senior management team on strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives and legislation . Ultimately, the Finance Manager should recommend, design, and monitor short-term and long-term growth strategies for our company. Responsibilities:
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to Management while recommending further courses of action.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.
Manage and maintain the companys timely invoicing process, receivables, and payables and ensure these are kept under control to ensure the financial health of the company.
Develop trends and projections for the companys finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Manage the preparation of the companys budget.
Liaise with auditors and the bookkeeping companies to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Continually look to develop the companys profitability through the enhancement of its distribution channels, and through building and maintaining interdepartmental relationships.
Develop appropriate business and banking relationships within the region to strengthen the companys position, build the brand, generate a referral base, and provide clients with the highest calibre of service.
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in the E-Commerce Industry.
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
Able to analyze market trends and provide data-based advice
Bachelor\'s degree in finance or accounting.
Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
