Job Description

We are seeking a motivated professional who is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts of the company. At least 10 - 15 years of experience in the UAE in Construction/Manufacturing background. Must have a sense of lateral thinking for solving a problem using an unusual or creative approach to complete tasks on his/her own. Qualifications 1. Master of Finance or Accounting 2. Eight to ten years of experience in financial management 3. C.P.A. designation preferred. Knowledge/ Skills and Abilities: 1. Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems - Accpac 2. Experience in strategic planning and execution. 3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control 4. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. 5. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Good written and spoken English skills RELATED TASK: Quality Development and implementation of Finance related procedures and processes Corporate Management Confers with CEO, BOD, and MDs to coordinate and prioritize planning Financial Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies. Oversees accounting departments, budget preparation, and audit functions. Meets regularly with department heads to keep informed and to offer direction. Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate. Analyzes company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized, downsized, or eliminated. Studies long-range economic trends and projects company prospects for future growth in overall sales and market share, opportunities for acquisitions, or expansion into new product areas. Estimates requirements for capital, land, buildings, and an increase in the workforce. Supervises investment of funds; works with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for expansion Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED17,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
