Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for all facets of company finance,
including budgeting, allocation, and planning. He or she will be responsible for overseeing the finance
function and bridge the gap between corporate finance and structured finance departments. Requirements:
CA qualifications
5 years and above experience as a Finance Manager within a diverse Group Holding
organization
Proven experience with tax
Strong written and verbal English
Knowledge of IFRS : Provide financial guidance and support to maintain financial health of the group
Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses and reports to determine present and
forecasted financial health of the group to the Senior Management
Involve in strategic planning by producing reports and research on the company's financial
situation, as well as set short- and long-term financial goals.
Apply Financial Modelling to stimulate financial scenarios.
Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding and budgeting
strategies
Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial
regulations and acceptable financial principles
Ensure the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory
accounting and tax issues
Keep track of market trends
Look for cost-reduction opportunities
Develop relationships with external contacts such as auditors, solicitors, etc.
Responsible for tax management
Manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecast processes
Project Budgeting: manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecast

Establish risk assessments and evaluation policies and processes
