Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Managing Finance Department with proper mentoring, coaching & capacity building of team members. 2. Managing all accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, inventory accounting & revenue operations. 3. Monitoring and managing working capital and cash flow. 4. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecast and reporting variances to the Management. 5. Analysing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position. 6. Oversee the month-end and year-end financial closure process and ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly and final financial MIS reports to the Management. 7. Negotiation and arranging with Banks for New Facilities. 8. Tax filing / VAT submission. 9. Coordinating with Internal and External Audit. 10. Implementing appropriate internal control and policies to run the business efficiently and ensuring internal control measures over financial transactions and financial reporting. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
