The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join them. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of our operations within the automotive industry, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong background in automotive finance and a proven track record of driving financial performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategies based on analysis of financial data and market trends. \xe2\x80\xa2 Producing accurate financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) and presenting findings to senior management or stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying and mitigating financial risks through strategies such as hedging, insurance, or diversification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring cash flow, optimizing banking relationships, and ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advising on investment opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and other financial decisions that impact the organization\'s growth and profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading and mentoring finance teams, providing guidance on day-to-day activities and career development.Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 to 8 years of finance experience in the automotive industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of automotive finance, including dealership operations, inventory management, and vehicle financing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven leadership abilities with the capability to drive change and influence stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Native Arabic Speaking candidates preferred.
