We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting. - Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including monitoring and analyzing financial performance against budgetary targets. - Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. - Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and banking relationships. - Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies. - Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth. - Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
