Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the UAE ideally in a holding or group companies
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar systems) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven analytical skills and experience in developing financial models
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws

In this role, you will oversee the financial health and strategic planning across all business units within the organization's portfolio. This position plays a critical role in full-cycle accounting, financial consolidation, cost control, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Supervise and guide the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
