Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established business group in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire a financial manager who will be responsible for developing and managing financial goals for the business. Their primary duties include reviewing financial information, preparing financial reports and developing strategies that work to reduce financial risk. Key responsibilities include:

- Researching and reporting on factors that influence the company\xe2\x80\x99s performance and analyzing and predicting market trends

- Maintain the Book of accounts and prepare Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

- Producing financial reports related to accounts payable, account receivable, expenses etc.

- Implement strong internal control and proactive check systems.

- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.

- Analysis of group cash flow and liquidity forecasts, making sure smooth implementation of all SOPs.

- Assist in the development and implementation of cash management/resource planning solutions for the entity, controlling/reducing common costs, expenses beyond approved budget across the departments.

- Developing financial management strategies to reduce financial risk, providing relevant recommendations to maximize profits and assisting executives in decision-making

- Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur.

- Technical understanding manufacturing processes, machine capacities, routing processes and evaluating, implementing, and auditing Cost control procedures.

- Flexible nature and ready to accept ad-hoc tasks required by the General Manager regarding HR, IT & Management.

Requirements

- Min 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience including a minimum of 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working in GCC with corporate environment in a large, international organization.

- A University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business along with CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or relevant qualification

- Working Knowledge of ERP Financial Systems

- Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and department heads.

- Excellent negotiation skills.
