The Role
Position Title: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 45K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the prestige Retail companies in Abu Dhabi. : . Manage the preparation of the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting for P & L and cash flow in accordance with Group and owner reporting requirements. Providing insightful analysis for trends and exceptions include monthly forecasting and Risk / Opportunities. . Ensure the adequacy of the internal financial controls and recommend changes in consultation with Head of Finance in order to achieve the financial objectives. . Continuous review and recommend enhancement of the systems, processes, policies & procedures to the successful accomplishment of the organizational objectives. . Monitor the cash flow cycle and preparing cash flow forecast on monthly basis, reporting on the company's existing cash position, and highlighting any anticipated cash calls (if any) from the Owners to meet the operational and development cash needs. . Compliance reporting for Banks, Tax authorities and Group / Owner requirements is planned and delivered per agree deadlines. . Preparation of MIS reports including P&L and Balance Sheet to provide feedback to the senior management on the financial and operational performance of the company.
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Emirati nationals . 50 years old and below . Bachelor's degree in Finance with any of the ACMA, ACCA, or ACA certificates . Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing finance function with at least 5 years in Real Estate and must be knowledgeable in Full Audit cycles to IFRS or US GAP How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
