• Assist with daily revenue reconciliations for rooms, F&B, and other outlets
• Support guest ledger and city ledger reconciliations
• Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and verify expenses for accounts payable
• Post payments, conduct credit checks, and follow up on billing for accounts receivable
• Support payroll preparation and staff expense claims processing
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports
• Participate in inventory counts for food, beverage, and operating supplies
• Ensure adherence to hotel accounting policies and internal controls
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in finance, accounting, business, or hospitality management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
