Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Monitor financial performance by measuring actual results vs. budget and identifying variances.
Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with HR to ensure accuracy.
Assist in audits and ensure proper internal controls are in place.
Analyze business performance, cost control, and financial risks.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Partner with managers to address organizational needs related to staffing, development, and retention.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes in coordination with department leads.
Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain accurate employee records in line with regulatory and company standards.
Coordinate payroll data and ensure alignment with finance (bonuses, benefits, deductions).
Promote a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture.
