Roles and Responsibilities

Brief clients about the in-house financing process and the bank support available through us.
Providing EMI breakdowns and the best interest rates at the time of purchase to customers
Collection of Documents pertaining to the financial and legal systems
Assisting customers with various payment plans as defined by the company
Assist customers in understanding the various Auto Laon processes and provide assistance in the pre-closure of existing loans.
Coordination with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
Explaining the customer\'s in-house value-added services
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Assist customers in Test Drives
Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and delivering a high empathy quotient.
Important KPIs: High customer NPS (feedback score)

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of relevant experience in automobile industry would be an advantage.
Strong business acumen and Knowledge of Banking , Loans and insurance policies in UAE
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills
