Job Description
BASIC INFORMATION
Position Title
Finance Executive
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The job holder will be the business finance partner and will be supporting finance operations of Lifestyle UAE.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Managing end to end Account Payables & Receivables. Ensuring completeness of all processes related to RTV & supplier rebates.
Responsible for Vendor Management, which includes timely reconciliation of vendor balances and to ensure that recoveries happen on time
Approve, authorize all payments and ensure accuracy in all payments.
Develop and maintain systems for prompt and accurate collection of financial and accounting information
Maintain accounting by ensuring expenses are properly accounted for
Review of various type of reconciliation \xe2\x80\x93 Cash/ Bank / Credit Card
Should be able to assist in store rental lease, coordination for new leases, existing renewals and store closures
Critical review of Accrual balances and provide adhoc JVs for provisions in line with business requirement.
DISPLAY
QUALIFICATION
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Graduate Degree in Commerce / CA.(Inter) / I.C.W.A.(Inter)
Minimum Experience
5 years of accounting experience preferably
EXPERIENCE
Specific / Relevant Experience
3+ years of experience as an Accountant
