We have opportunity for our Esteemed client as "Finance Executive" in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems


Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of work experience.

Key responsibilities:

Manage daily financial operations for the Retail Division, including accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries, with a focus on retail transactions. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, with retail-specific KPIs. Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts for the Trading Division, considering seasonal trends and market fluctuations. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in retail operations, including sales performance, margin analysis, and expense control. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and tax laws, including those related to retail operations (e.g., sales tax, inventory valuation). Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors, with a focus on retail-specific audits (e.g., inventory audits, point-of-sale system audits). Monitor and manage the Retail Division's cash flow, including point-of-sale transactions and cash reconciliation. Provide financial insights and recommendations to Retail Division management to support decision-making, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and inventory management. Evaluate and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures specific to retail operations, such as cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention. Collaborate with other departments within the Trading Division, such as sales, operations, and merchandising, to ensure financial alignment with business goals. Strong hands-on experience in

Oracle ERP (Financial Modules)

including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM Advanced expertise in

Power BI

,

Power Query

, and

data modeling

Excellent command over

Advanced Excel

(pivot tables, Power Pivot, complex formulas, dashboards) Proven experience in

MIS preparation, financial reporting, and management dashboards

Sound working knowledge of

Reporting IT Tools

and automation of finance reports Ability to analyze large datasets and provide

actionable financial insights

Strong understanding of

month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Experience in

internal controls, compliance, and audit coordination
