Job Description

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with external auditors.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
Participate in strategic planning and provide financial input for business development initiatives and events.
Manage the financial aspects of student tuition and fees, and provide financial counseling regarding payment options and financial aid.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations.
Prepare and present financial reports to management .
Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional qualification is a plus).
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within an educational institution or similar environment.
Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations in the UAE, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
Proficiency in accounting software like Zoho Books, Tally, and MS Office (Excel).
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Finance Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
