About The Job



Job Purpose:



The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing day to day financial operations, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, collections, reconciliation, and payroll related compliance such as WPS (UAE). This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience in financial reporting and intercompany coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounts Receivable & Collections:



Prepare and post invoices. Post receipts accurately and timely in the system. Follow up with clients via phone and email on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections. Prepare and post AR-related refunds for overpaid fees, credits, and other adjustments. Maintain accurate AR ledgers and customer records. Prepare month end AR aging reports for group reporting.

Cash & Bank Management:



Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. Reconcile petty cash and ensure all payments are recorded correctly. Monitor and reconcile cash and bank balances to ensure accurate financial records.

Payment Processing:



Prepare monthly GIRO payment schedules and submit for processing. Ensure all payment transactions are recorded and reconciled properly. Process transfer entries related to internal fund allocations or corrections.

Payroll Compliance:



Ensure payroll compliance with UAE's WPS (Wage Protection System) regulations. Coordinate with HR and banks to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements. Maintain documentation and reports related to WPS processing and submissions.

Intercompany Transactions:



Liaise with intercompany entities for invoice issuance, confirmations, and reconciliations. Issue intercompany invoices and maintain related documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles. Knowledge of UAE's Wage Protection System (WPS) is mandatory. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). Experience with transfer entries, receipt postings, refunds, and collections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
