Roles & Responsibilities:
Well experienced in Corporate Treasury Functions including liaison with the Banks
Monitoring Fund flow position of the Groups
Review of the Fund/ Non-Fund products / facilities & Treasury related documentations
MIS Reporting
Variance analysis for facilitating decision-making process.
Handling various Corporate Secretarial responsibilities like arranging Board Meetings / Preparing minutes / resolutions / Follow ups with the Business / Handling Corporate Compliance matters etc
Excellent communication & analytical skills.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIE NCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- CA or Similar.
- Minimum Experience -05 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with the similar Finance Profile
