Role Summary
The Finance Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports, track expenses, and manage financial documentation to support accurate and timely reporting
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including payroll entries, accruals, and prepayment calculations
• Support project and asset management by tracking expenses, maintaining fixed asset registers, and monitoring cash flow accuracy
• Review staff travel and expense claims to ensure compliance with internal policies and proper documentation
• Maintain financial systems by entering, reviewing, and reconciling transactions and generating management reports
• Organize financial records and schedules to ensure audit readiness and support internal and external audits
• Respond to audit requests and support internal control and compliance processes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within retail, entertainment, or hospitality environments
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to support varying work schedules and occasional travel as required
