Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports, track expenses, and manage financial documentation to support accurate reporting and cost control
• Assist with month-end closing activities including payroll entries, accruals, and prepayments
• Support project and asset management by tracking expenses, maintaining fixed asset registers, and monitoring cash flows
• Review staff travel and expense claims to ensure policy compliance and proper documentation
• Maintain financial systems through accurate transaction entry, report generation, and record organization
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to audit requests, and ensuring audit readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of financial data and adherence to company policies

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Exposure to retail, entertainment, or hospitality environments is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours and occasional travel requirements
