Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, cost reports, and documentation to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.
• Support the monthly closing process by preparing payroll journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with accruals and prepayments.
• Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register, ensuring all capital expenditures are accurately recorded and tracked.
• Monitor project-related expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and internal financial policies.
• Manage expense and travel claim reviews, ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Generate periodic financial and management reports to support strategic decision-making and budget control.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and timely data processing.
• Support external and internal audit activities by preparing required schedules, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting data, preparing templates, and assisting in variance analysis.
• Ensure all accounting and finance processes comply with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
