Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports, monitor expenses, and manage documentation for timely financial reporting and cost control.
• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and payroll accounting.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register while tracking project and production-related expenses.
• Review and process travel and expense claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing required reports and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Generate accurate financial data, reports, and insights for management decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by consolidating data and assisting in variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim's financial procedures and corporate governance standards.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting systems (ERP experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
