Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports, track operational expenses, and ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities, including payroll entries, accruals, and prepayment calculations.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register while tracking production and project-related cash flows.
• Review and process staff travel and expense claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Generate financial statements and reports, maintaining data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing schedules and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights and variance analyses.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and financial accuracy.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles, ideally within entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage.
