Based in Dubai, the role involves managing accounting activities, preparing cost and financial reports, and supporting audits and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost and expense reports while maintaining accurate documentation for financial control.
• Assist with month-end closings by supporting journal entries, payroll reconciliations, and accrual calculations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor cash flow for production and project-related activities.
• Review and process staff travel and expense claims in accordance with internal financial policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes through timely documentation and compliance checks.
• Generate financial statements and reports using company financial systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations and department heads to track expenses and improve budget accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting speed and financial transparency.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are an advantage.
