Position Overview
The Finance Executive will support the Studio Distribution team by managing accounts receivable, driving collection efforts, and reconciling outstanding balances from exhibitors. The role ensures timely collections, accurate reconciliation, and effective communication with stakeholders while contributing to financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Monitor receivable aging reports and follow up with customers through email, calls, and WhatsApp to ensure timely collections.
• Review statements of account (SOAs) and ensure accurate reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Resolve reconciliation issues raised by exhibitors in coordination with the Global Solutions team.
• Escalate slow-paying or non-responsive customers to senior management for further action.
• Support accurate payment tagging and ensure updated SOAs.
• Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned, showing initiative and adaptability.
• Communicate effectively with exhibitors, internal teams, and senior management.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when working with large datasets.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant finance or accounts receivable experience.
• Finance certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the cinema or entertainment industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent data management skills.
• Capable of working independently, multitasking, and managing time under pressure.
