This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting records, supporting audits, and assisting with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, capable of collaborating across departments to uphold financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost reports, track operational expenses, and ensure financial accuracy in reporting.
• Support month-end closing by preparing payroll entries, reviewing accounting deliverables, and managing accruals and prepayments.
• Assist in project accounting and asset management by maintaining the fixed asset register and monitoring cash flow.
• Verify employee travel and expense claims for policy compliance and documentation completeness.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure audit readiness through proper documentation and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, responding to queries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems and reporting accuracy.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles, preferably in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
