Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Finance Executive
with hands-on experience managing budgets, operational finance, and cost structures in a fast-moving commercial environment. The ideal candidate will support daily financial operations, cost analysis, and end-to-end financial coordination across procurement, production, and logistics.Key Responsibilities
Prepare, monitor, and controlbudgets and forecasts
Managedaily finance operations
including expense tracking and reporting Analyzeprivate labeling / product costing
and margin structures Calculate and monitorimport & export costs
, including duties, freight, and clearance charges Support pricing decisions throughcost breakdowns and variance analysis
Coordinate with operations, sourcing, and logistics teams on financial matters Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations Assist in monthly closings, management reports, and audit requirements Maintain accurate financial records in line with internal controlsRequirements
3-4 years ofrelevant work experience in Dubai
Strong understanding ofbudgeting, cost control, and operational finance
Experience withprivate label costing
and supply chain-related expenses Knowledge ofimport/export cost structures
(freight, customs, duties, etc.) Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
