Responsibilities:Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions accurately and efficiently.Process customer payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.Maintain proper records of daily cash transactions and submit periodic reports.Follow company policies and cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies.Support cross-selling of products/services as per organizational goals.Keep the cash counter area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Cooperate with team members and assist in other customer service tasks when required.
