FurEuro Furnitures trading LLC, a subsidiary of GoTalk General Trading LLC is a zero-debt company based in Dubai, serving as the largest franchise partner for Etisalat across all 7 Emirates. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team focusing on Furniture and Interior Fit-out.

Salary: AED 4000 + all employee benefits as per UAE labor law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with corporate tax filings and liaising with external auditors and tax consultants. Handling salary and incentive calculations in coordination with HR. Managing WPS (Wage Protection System) processes for employee payroll. Handling financial guarantees, DEWA payments and coordinating with utility service providers. Conducting daily bank reconciliations and cash/card transactions of franchise stores across all emirates to verify accuracy of financial transactions. Preparing cheques for lease rentals and managing cash flow. Entering financial data into Tally software for accurate & up to date accounting records. Filing payment vouchers and maintaining organized financial documentation for real time audits. Assisting with various banking activities as required. periodic visits to the Franchise stores for stock auditing. Conducting e-wallet reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements:

Batchelor's degree in Accounting / CA - Intermediate /CMA- Intermediate Proven experience in finance and administration roles in an SME Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of UAE labor laws, corporate regulations, and tax requirements is preferred. Fluency in English UAE Driving license will be an added advantage.
