Position Overview
The Finance Executive role at Mace Dubai supports client invoicing, credit control, and financial reporting activities across consultancy and project operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate billing, strong credit management, and compliant financial processes while working closely with finance and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accurate client billing and invoicing processes in line with KPIs and internal controls
• Maintain precise customer account data and ensure timely invoice generation
• Perform credit checks and manage credit control activities to reduce outstanding receivables
• Support month-end close activities including journals, reconciliations, and management reporting
• Prepare financial actuals and forecasts in coordination with finance teams
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
• Build effective working relationships with finance, commercial, and project teams
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc finance projects as required

Ideal Profile

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or credit control roles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office with sound understanding of accounting principles
• High attention to detail with experience in transactional accounting
• Prior experience working in the Middle East is preferred
