About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Finance Executive

to manage our company's financial operations, with a strong focus on both

Accounts Payable

and

Accounts Receivable

. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee

all company payables

, ensuring payments are processed on time and accurately. Handle

Accounts Receivable

, including monitoring collections and following up with customers. Post and record all

invoices

accurately in the

Odoo system

. Prepare and manage

monthly sales reports

to be shared with partners at the beginning of each month. Maintain and update

payment schedules

, ensuring clear communication with suppliers and partners. Oversee

financial planning and cash flow management

to support business operations. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly. Support month-end and year-end

closing processes

. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, or financial records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within the UAE. Proven experience in

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

. Familiarity with

ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
