Saniservice, a leading disinfection company is looking for a finance - Emirati citizen to work under the supervision of Senior Finance. Ideal candidate is expected to possess 1 or more years of relevant experience.
Some major responsibilities include:
Recording daily sales / income by posting general entries.
Recording receipts from clients and adjusting their receivable balance through general entries.
Expense accrual on monthly basis and amortization of prepaid revenues from clients where applicable.
Calculation of various company provisions in line with company policies.
Managing accounting vouchers and all other financial documents the appropriately filing them.
Managing accruals of utilities and their timely payments.
Managing petty cash as per approved transactions.
Reconciling banks on regular basis to review un-presented and un-cleared cheques and their follow up where necessary.
Verification of cash and credit bills received and checking the integrity of bills and other documents such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes etc.
Frequent physical verification of stocks.
Must have sound knowledge of Vat
Filling of Vat Return
Sound knowledge of financial statements
Must have knowledge of basic accounting standards and implementation
Experience on Tally ERP 9 will be considered added advantage.
