Job Title: Finance Manager - Real Estate Brokerage
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth in the real estate brokerage sector.
Prepare regular financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Provide management with timely financial reports and insights for decision-making.
2. Accounting & Reporting
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial risk.
Optimize investment of surplus funds and financing strategies.
4. Taxation & Compliance
Ensure proper compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
Provide training and development to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.
6. Real Estate Brokerage Focus
Track and reconcile property transactions, commissions, and agent payments.
Analyze profitability of projects, property portfolios, and brokerage deals.
Support management in structuring investment opportunities and partnerships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
