We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
To organize and maintain files both physical and electronic files in a systematic and structured manner, ensuring easy access and quick retrieval
Review and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Overall responsibility for controlling, maintaining, monitoring and day-to-day supervision of Technical Documentation and Administrative Documentation
Receiving and controlling correspondence, Transmittals, material submittals and all Technical Documents from clients.
Issuing and controlling Transmittals and all Technical Documents to Clients. Sending and Receiving documents by e-mail.
Preparing issue forms, scanning, hyper linking and photocopying.
Skills
3 years of experience as Document Controller or similar role
Bachelor's degree in finance or similar
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
