Dubai, UAE SALARY: 25,000 AED - 30,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Our client is a Premier Real Estate Company based in Dubai. They are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of the company and managing an accounting team. Candidates with a background in Real Estate are preferred.

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management of the company
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage the accounting team, including supervision of financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax strategy & contracts
\xe2\x96\xaa Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for the company, and present financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide financial analysis and guidance to the CEO and management team to support strategic decision-making
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage the company\'s cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of expenditures and revenue
\xe2\x96\xaa Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to financial management
\xe2\x96\xaa Develop & maintain financial models & present to CEO

Requirements:
\xe2\x96\xaa Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
\xe2\x96\xaa Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, including at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience working in Dubai is required, with knowledge of local financial regulations and practices
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong leadership skills and experience managing an accounting team
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in Real Estate finance is essential & Experience with Real estate developer
\xe2\x96\xaa Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and policies, and to provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management
\xe2\x96\xaa Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
\xe2\x96\xaa Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
\xe2\x96\xaa Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
