We are now seeking an experienced Finance Director to join the team. As the Finance Director, you will play a key role in driving the financial success of our company and ensuring our continued growth. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to develop and execute our strategic plan. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company\'s business objectives and goals
• Plan, manage, coordinate and carry out a payroll system
• Oversee and manage the company\'s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements
• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments and senior management
• Manage the finance team and oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Work closely with the CEO and COO to develop and execute the company\'s strategic plan
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in a similar finance leadership role, ideally within a digital agency or communications industry
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team
• Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
