Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Director to lead the financial function of HealthPlus IVF, one of Abu Dhabi's leading fertility and women's health networks. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management -- from strategic planning and budgeting to compliance, reporting, and cost optimization ensuring financial integrity, sustainability, and growth as the organization enters its next phase of transformation.
Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee all financial operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, VAT, and corporate tax regulations and Department of Health (DOH) requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits and implement robust internal controls.
• Analyze and report on monthly performance, including patient volumes, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow trends.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives, supporting negotiations with suppliers, partners, and CBD facilities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and board packs, providing insights and recommendations to the Leadership Committee.
• Mentor the finance team and strengthen financial literacy across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or professional certification such as CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries in the UAE.

• Proven expertise in financial planning, tax compliance, audit management, and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
