Job Responsibilities

Financial Statement Management
+ Organize and compile the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
+ Collaborate with auditing agencies to complete financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


Budget and Forecast Management
+ Lead the preparation of the annual budget, including financial planning and operating cost forecasting, and conduct monthly rolling forecasts.
+ Analyze budget execution, identify variances, and provide optimization recommendations.


KPI Monitoring and Performance Analysis
+ Establish and maintain a KPI tracking system to support the performance management of business departments.
+ Deliver financial analysis reports by business line/product line to support data-driven decision-making.


Capital and Cost Control
+ Monitor daily cash flow and capital movements to enhance the efficiency of capital utilization.
+ Track departmental expenses to drive cost control and improve operational efficiency.


Support for Strategic Decision-Making
+ Provide financial feasibility analyses for business expansion, new product development, and market operations.
+ Assist senior management in evaluating business performance and return on investment (ROI).


Cross-Departmental Collaboration and System Development
+ Work with technology, product, compliance, and other departments to enhance financial systems and promote data automation.
+ Optimize financial processes and systems to strengthen internal controls.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields. Over 5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably with a background in Internet, finance, virtual assets, or exchanges. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). Proficient in Excel and financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP. Strong data analysis capabilities and business acumen. Fluent in English or Chinese, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred.
