Job Description

We are looking for 3 to 5 years experienced (in Dubai) Inter CA with experience up to finalization of accounts including a strong understanding of Cash flows, VAT filing, management reporting, budgeting and planning, and multi-country, multi-currency inter-company accounting. Knowledge of Zoho/QuickBooks is preferred. Hands-on with any large ERP is a value add.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparing invoices: Ensuring invoices are properly prepared and followed up. Cash flow management: Monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet obligations and optimize working capital. Audit liaison: Coordinating with external financial, compliance and tax auditors. Internal controls: Creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud and over spendings. Budget: Assisting or fully creating the budget, including incorporating historical data. Financial strategy: Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting. Reporting and analysis: Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making. Cost savings: Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business. Payroll: Handling payroll processing and labour tax compliance. External reporting: Preparing company tax and financial statements, including public filings with the GST/Tax authorities Banking: Setting up bank accounts and managing banking relationships.
Minimum Qualifications: Inter CA (from Institute of CA India)
