Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
Partner with executive leadership to shape financial strategy and align it with organizational objectives.
Provide strategic direction on capital structure, investment decisions, and funding strategies.
Lead long-range financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support growth and M&A activities.
Performance Management
Oversee enterprise-wide financial performance, margin improvement, and KPI-driven analysis.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
Develop and maintain dynamic forecasting and performance tracking models.
Corporate Governance & Compliance

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Professional Certification:
Mandatory certification such as

Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
