Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project-wise financial performance. Ensure effective cash flow management, working capital planning, and fund utilization across all divisions. Oversee accounting operations including payables, receivables, general ledger, and timely closing of books (monthly/annually). Manage treasury functions such as banking relationships, loan arrangements, credit facility management, and fund allocations. Monitor and implement internal financial controls and ensure strict compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and regulatory requirements. Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and dashboards for management review. Closely coordinate with project, procurement, and contracts teams to align financial plans with operational needs. Evaluate commercial risk during bidding and support estimation teams on pricing, costing, and margin analysis. Handle external audits, taxation matters, and ensure timely statutory filings and reconciliations. Support senior management with financial insights for business decisions, including new investments, expansions, or restructuring
